Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the melted butter and vanilla extract to the egg mixture.
  5. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
  6. Pour the batter into a lined baking sheet and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
  8. Once done, let it cool and then spread whipped cream on top.
  9. Roll the cake carefully and drizzle with chocolate ganache.
