  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into pieces
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into pieces
  • 1 onion, cut into pieces
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add steak cubes, potatoes, and vegetables to the marinade, tossing to coat.
  4. Thread steak, potatoes, and vegetables onto skewers.
