  • 1 pound frozen pierogi
  • 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Layer half of the frozen pierogi in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Add half of the kielbasa and onion on top.
  3. Spread half of the cheese over the layers.
  4. In a bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and garlic powder. Pour half over the layers.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the pierogi are cooked through.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, consider adding cooked bacon bits.
