- 2 medium zucchinis
- 1 cup whole wheat breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Slice the zucchinis into fry-shaped pieces.
- In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
