Creamy Winter Vegetable Casserole

A delicious and creamy casserole made with winter vegetables and turkey bacon, perfect for the colder months.

  • 8 ounces turkey bacon
  • 2 cups broccoli, chopped
  • 2 cups cauliflower, chopped
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then chop it into pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, heavy cream, cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the bacon pieces and mix until well combined.
  5. Transfer to a greased casserole dish and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden and bubbling.
