  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup cooked chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove from skillet and chop into pieces.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and garlic; sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add the diced chicken ham and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  6. Add the Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
  7. Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce, adding the turkey bacon, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

  • For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half.
