  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (15 ounces) crushed tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and garlic. Sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Add crushed tomatoes, heavy cream, and seasonings. Stir until combined.
  5. Add the cooked rigatoni and crumbled bacon to the sauce. Toss to coat.
  6. Mix in Parmesan cheese and cook until heated through.
