  • 4 pieces chicken breasts
  • 1 cup long-grain rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook until browned on both sides, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove the chicken and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add diced onions and garlic. Sauté until translucent.
  4. Add the rice, chicken broth, heavy cream, thyme, and paprika to the skillet. Stir well.
  5. Return the chicken to the skillet, cover, and reduce heat to low. Cook for 20-25 minutes or until rice is tender and chicken is cooked through.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
