Creamy Scalloped Potatoes

A delicious and creamy casserole of scalloped potatoes layered with turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups thinly sliced potatoes
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 1 cup chopped turkey bacon
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a greased baking dish, layer half of the sliced potatoes.
  3. Add half of the chicken ham and turkey bacon on top of the potatoes.
  4. Pour half of the heavy cream over the layers.
  5. Sprinkle half of the cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  6. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden and bubbling.

Notes

  • For extra creaminess, you can add more cheese.
  • Let it sit for 10 minutes before serving for better slicing.
