  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a shallow dish, combine the Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
  3. Coat each chicken breast with olive oil then dredge in the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place chicken breasts on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  5. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, sauté garlic in olive oil over medium heat until fragrant.
  6. Add heavy cream, stirring until heated through. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve chicken drizzled with garlic sauce and garnished with parsley.
