- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
