Creamy Lemon Salmon

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add salmon fillets and cook until browned on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  3. Remove salmon and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
  5. Pour in heavy cream, lemon juice, and lemon zest, then stir well.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, then simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  7. Add the salmon back to the pan, cooking for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

  • For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with Greek yogurt.
