Creamy Crockpot Cajun Potato Soup

  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning

Instructions

  1. Add the diced potatoes, turkey bacon, onion, and garlic to the crockpot.
  2. Pour in the chicken broth and stir to combine.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  4. About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the heavy cream and Cajun seasoning.
