  • 4 cups chicken broth

  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and set aside.
  2. Add onions and garlic to the pot and sauté until translucent.
  3. Stir in carrots and cook until tender.
  4. Add shredded chicken, broth, thyme, and parsley, bringing to a simmer.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and let cook for an additional 10 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot, topped with crispy turkey bacon.
