  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 8 ounces fettuccine
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden and cooked through.
  4. Add bell pepper, onion, and garlic to the skillet and sauté until softened.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and parmesan cheese, and simmer until thickened.
  6. Toss the cooked fettuccine in the sauce and mix well.
