  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
  • 2 cups uncooked lasagna noodles, broken
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the ground beef, onion, and garlic; cook until the meat is browned.
  3. Stir in the chicken broth, tomato sauce, and broken lasagna noodles; bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer for about 15 minutes, until noodles are tender.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning; season with salt and pepper.
  6. Top with mozzarella cheese and let it melt before serving.
