4 cups mushrooms, sliced
1 cup turkey bacon, diced
1 cup chicken ham, diced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons flour
salt to taste
pepper to taste
fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Add the turkey bacon and cook until crispy. Remove and set aside.
In the same pot, add onions and garlic; sauté until translucent.
Add the mushrooms and cook until softened.
Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir well to coat.
Gradually pour in the chicken broth, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
Let the soup simmer for about 15 minutes.
Stir in the heavy cream, cooked turkey bacon, and chicken ham.
Season with salt and pepper, simmering for another 5 minutes.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
