  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 12 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 cups diced vegetables (bell peppers, onions)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then chop into pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the chicken ham, cheese, vegetables, and turkey bacon to the egg mixture.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
