Cowboy Casserole

A hearty cowboy casserole that combines beef and turkey bacon, perfect for comfort food lovers.

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 8 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 4 cups tater tots
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  3. Add chopped turkey bacon and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and milk until combined.
  5. Add the frozen mixed vegetables and mix well.
  6. Spread the mixture into a baking dish and top with tater tots.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes, then sprinkle cheese on top and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
