- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 cup chopped zucchini
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, spinach, bell peppers, zucchini, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs and then stir them into the vegetable mixture.
