- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup brewed coffee, cooled
- ¼ cup coffee liqueur (optional)
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
