  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas with a fork.
  3. Stir in melted butter until combined.
  4. Mix in baking soda and salt.
  5. Add sugar, egg, and vanilla extract.
  6. Mix in the flour until just combined.
  7. In a separate bowl, mix cinnamon with a little sugar, then swirl into the batter.
  8. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  9. Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Let cool before slicing and serve.
