Instructions

  2. In another bowl, combine the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the cinnamon and brown sugar for the swirl mixture.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and pour in 1/4 cup of pancake batter. Swirl with the cinnamon mixture and top with more batter if desired.
  5. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  6. Repeat with remaining batter. Serve warm with cream cheese frosting drizzled on top.
