  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
  3. In another large bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla until fluffy.
  4. Add the egg and mix until combined. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  5. Blend in ground cinnamon.
  6. Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  8. Let cool completely before icing them with a mixture of powdered sugar and milk.

Notes
