  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 small tortillas
  • 1 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix shrimp with olive oil, lime juice, cilantro, cumin, salt, and pepper. Let marinate for 20 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the shrimp until pink, about 2-3 minutes each side.
  3. In another bowl, combine cabbage, mayonnaise, vinegar, and sugar to make the slaw.
  4. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet.
  5. Assemble tacos by adding shrimp and slaw to warm tortillas.
