Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add the milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and eggs; mix until smooth.
  4. Fold in the blackberries gently to avoid crushing them.
  5. Fill each cupcake liner about 2/3 full with the batter.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool before serving.
