A delicious and hearty Chili Mac Casserole featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham, perfect for family dinners.

  • 1 pound elbow macaroni
  • 8 ounces turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cups chili beans
  • 3 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop into pieces.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, turkey bacon, chicken ham, chili beans, and spices.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
  6. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier dish, add diced jalapeños.
  • Can substitute ground turkey for turkey bacon.
