  • 1 pound boneless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook rice noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
  4. Add chicken slices, cooking until browned and cooked through.
  5. Stir in bell peppers and broccoli, cooking until just tender.
  6. Pour in soy sauce and mix well.
  7. Add cooked rice noodles to the skillet, tossing everything together.
  8. Garnish with green onions, salt, and pepper before serving.
