Chicken Crust Pizza (Easy Low Carb Recipe)

Delicious and easy recipe for low carb chicken crust pizza topped with turkey bacon.

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup additional shredded mozzarella cheese for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, mozzarella, parmesan, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, forming a crust.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Remove from oven and spread pizza sauce over the crust.
  7. Top with turkey bacon and additional mozzarella cheese.
  8. Return to the oven and bake for another 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
  9. Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • For added flavor, you can sprinkle some red pepper flakes on top before baking.
