Chicken Avocado Melt Sandwich

A delicious and easy-to-make sandwich featuring chicken, avocado, turkey bacon, and melted cheese.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices whole grain bread
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 2 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy.
  2. Spread mayonnaise and mustard on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Layer shredded chicken, avocado slices, bacon, and cheese on one slice, season with salt and pepper.
  4. Top with the other slice of bread, mayonnaise side down.
  5. Grill the sandwich on medium heat until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • Feel free to add your favorite veggies for extra crunch.
  • For a spicy kick, add sliced jalapeños.
