  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1/2 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Wash and peel the potatoes, then slice them thinly.
  3. In a baking dish, layer the sliced potatoes, turkey bacon, and chicken ham.
  4. In a bowl, mix the heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Pour this mixture over the potatoes.
  5. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and dot with butter.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
