  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine diced potatoes and olive oil. Toss to coat.
  3. Add sliced smoked sausage and ranch seasoning mix to the potatoes; mix well.
  4. Spread the mixture in a baking dish and cover with foil. Bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven, stir, then add sour cream, milk, and garlic powder. Mix until combined.
  6. Top with shredded cheddar cheese, then return to the oven, uncovered, for an additional 20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
