Cheesy Ranch Potatoes and Sausage

  • 2 pounds baby potatoes
  • 1 pound sausage
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the baby potatoes into halves and place them in a large bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the mixture over the potatoes and toss to coat.
  5. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and add the sausage.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown, stirring halfway through.
  7. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the potatoes and sausage, and return to the oven for another 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
