  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, eggs, half of the cheddar cheese, barbecue sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix the ingredients until well combined.
  4. Transfer the meat mixture to a greased casserole dish and form into a loaf shape.
  5. Top with remaining barbecue sauce and shredded cheese.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  7. Let the casserole rest for 10 minutes before serving.
