  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup French onion soup
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, onion, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake meatballs for 20-25 minutes until fully cooked.
  5. In a saucepan, heat the French onion soup until warm. Stir in the cooked meatballs to coat them.
  6. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and place under the broiler for 2-3 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
