Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, sugar, and vegetable oil.
  3. Add in eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
