  • 8 ounces linguine
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook linguine according to package instructions.
  2. Season chicken with Cajun seasoning.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Remove chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  6. Slice chicken and add it back to the skillet, along with cooked linguine. Toss to coat.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve.
