  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup diced turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 1/2 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  3. Add the diced turkey bacon, chicken ham, spinach, cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray.
  5. Pour the egg mixture into the muffin tin, filling each cup about two-thirds full.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the muffins are firm and golden.
  7. Let cool slightly before removing from the tin.
  8. Serve warm or store for later!
