  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly over two tortillas.
  3. Sprinkle the blueberries on top of the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Top with the remaining tortillas and press gently.
  5. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  6. Cook each quesadilla for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Slice and serve warm.
