Black Pepper Chicken

A delicious and juicy twist on the classic black pepper chicken dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breasts, cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup onion, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken with soy sauce and black pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken to the pan and cook until browned.
  4. Add bell pepper and onion; stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle cornstarch over the mixture and stir until well coated.
  6. Serve hot with rice.
