Ingredients

  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
