  • 4 pieces chicken thighs
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup long-grain rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, brown the chicken thighs on both sides.
  4. Add diced onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
  5. Stir in rice, chicken broth, and seasonings; bring to a boil.
  6. Add the chicken thighs back to the skillet.
  7. Crumble crispy turkey bacon on top.
  8. Cover and transfer to the oven; bake for 25-30 minutes.
