- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 cup corn tortillas
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and cook the ground beef until browned.
- Stir in the cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, and onion powder.
