  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, and soy sauce to create the Bang Bang sauce.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with garlic powder and ginger powder.
  4. Bake the salmon for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Meanwhile, cook the brown rice according to package instructions and steam the broccoli until tender.
  6. Once the salmon is cooked, flake it and serve it over the brown rice and broccoli, drizzling the Bang Bang sauce on top.
