  • 2 cups cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat together the cream cheese, cookie butter, powdered sugar, bananas, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Fold in the whipped cream gently until well combined.
  5. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set. Allow to cool then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
