  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas.
  3. Add in oats, protein powder, honey, eggs, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon. Mix well.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased muffin tin.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
