Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar.
  3. Add the eggs and mashed bananas, mixing until combined.
  4. Stir in the baking soda, salt, and flour until just blended.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  6. For the frosting, beat the cream cheese and vanilla together, then gradually add powdered sugar until smooth.
