- 2 medium zucchinis
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- salt to taste

- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Slice zucchinis into fry shapes.
- In one bowl, whisk the eggs. In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
