BAKED FETA PASTA RECIPE

Ingredients

  • 1 block feta cheese
  • 8 ounces pasta of choice
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a baking dish, combine the feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, turkey bacon, garlic, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the feta is melting and slightly golden.
  4. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  5. Once baked, mix the feta and tomatoes together, then combine with the cooked pasta.
