  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 2 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and chop.
  3. Add olive oil and mushrooms to the skillet and sauté until tender.
  4. In a baking dish, layer the sautéed mushrooms and chopped turkey bacon.
