Baked Egg Boats Recipe

A delicious and easy recipe for baked egg boats filled with turkey bacon and chicken ham.

  • 2 large egg boats
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 slices chicken ham
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the top off each egg boat and hollow out the insides.
  3. Crisp the turkey bacon in a skillet, then chop it into small pieces.
  4. Fill each egg boat with chopped turkey bacon and chicken ham.
  5. Crack an egg into each boat and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Top with shredded cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the eggs are set.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add some jalapeños.
